What we collect

• Account details (your email address).
• Photos and images you upload to create videos.
• The videos you generate.
• Basic usage and billing information.

How we use it

We use your information to generate and deliver your videos, operate your account, process payments, screen content for safety, and provide support.

Service providers

To run the service we share the minimum necessary data with:

• MuAPI — generates the videos (your selected photo and the template prompt are sent to render).
• Stripe — processes payments (we never store your full card details).
• OpenAI — automated moderation of uploaded images.
• Supabase — authentication, database, and file storage.

We do not sell your personal information.

Storage and retention

Your uploads and generated videos are stored in our cloud storage and kept until you delete them or we remove them. You can request deletion of your account and data at any time.

Your choices

You can cancel your membership, stop uploading, and request that we delete your data by contacting us.

Children

Viral Video Memes is not intended for anyone under 18.
