Refund Policy

Viral Video Memes is operated by The Hollis Organization Inc. This explains how membership, video packs, and refunds work.

Membership ($10/month)

The membership includes 2 videos each month and renews monthly. You can cancel anytime from Settings; cancellation stops future renewals and your access continues through the end of the current paid period. Monthly videos reset each cycle and do not roll over.

Video packs

Video packs are a one-time purchase. Pack videos never expire and stay on your account until used. A video is consumed when a render completes successfully.

Failed renders

If a render fails without producing a usable video, it does not consume a video. If you are ever charged for a render that failed, contact us and we will credit your account.

Refunds

Because each video has a real per-render cost, membership and pack charges are generally non-refundable once videos have been used. If you have not used videos from a recent charge, contact us and we will review your request case by case. Where local consumer law grants additional refund rights, those rights still apply.
