Viral Video Memes is an AI video creation tool operated by The Hollis Organization Inc. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Viral Video Memes.

2. Your photos and likeness rights

You are solely responsible for the images you upload. By uploading a photo you confirm that:

  • You own the image or have permission to use it.
  • You have the right to use the likeness of any person shown, and you have their consent.
  • You will not upload images of other people to impersonate them, deceive viewers, defame, harass, or otherwise violate their rights.

You are responsible for how you use the videos you generate. Do not present AI-generated videos as real footage of real events in a misleading or harmful way.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use Viral Video Memes to create or distribute content that is illegal, sexual content involving minors, hateful, harassing, fraudulent, or that infringes others' rights. We use automated moderation and may reject uploads, refuse renders, or remove content and accounts that violate these Terms.

4. AI-generated content

Videos are generated by AI and may contain inaccuracies, artifacts, or unexpected results. They are provided "as is." You are responsible for reviewing and how you publish them.

5. Membership and payment

Viral Video Memes is offered as a $10/month membership that includes 2 videos per month, with optional one-time video packs available for purchase. You authorize recurring charges until you cancel. Billing, cancellation, and credits are described in our Refund Policy.

6. Intellectual property

You keep your rights to the images you upload. Subject to these Terms and your payment, you receive a license to use the videos you generate, including for commercial purposes. The platform, software, and templates remain the property of The Hollis Organization Inc.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Hollis Organization Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior three months.

8. Changes and contact
